All India Institute Of Medical Sciences, (AIIMS) New Delhi

All India institute of medical sciences was an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the object of developing a pattern of teaching Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to verify a high standard of Medical Education in India.

The health survey and development committee, chaired by Sir Joseph Bhore, an Indian Civil Servant, had in 1946 already recommended the establishment of a national center that would concentrate on meeting the need for a highly qualified workforce to look after the nation's growing health care movements. 

The AIIMS was finally created in 1956, as an independent institution through an Act of Parliament, to serve as a nucleus for nurturing goodness in all features health care.

Past Cut off

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) reports the AIIMS MBBS 2022 Cut Off for each round of National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) counseling for all 19 AIIMS institutes. The AIIMS MBBS cut-off determined by MCC will become the eligibility grade in the admission process. Candidates must perform the required qualifying marks in NEET 2022, which are given along with the results, to qualify for AIIMS MBBS 2022. The qualifying percentile for All categories is given below;

Admission Process

Admission at AIIMS Delhi is offered a total of 130 courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in different regulations. AIIMS Delhi offers admission to M.B.B.S, B.Sc., and B.Sc (Hons), B.Optom, M.D., M.S., M.Sc., M.D.S., M.Ch., D.M., and Ph.D programmes. As per the AIIMS Delhi admission standards for the M.B.B.S program, one has to qualify for NEET-UG and also participate in NEET counseling.  All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi has to qualify for INI CET and participate in its counseling course of action.
