Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College is one of the oldest and largest government medical colleges in the Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh. The college is named after Maharani Lakshmi Bai of Jhansi, the college is also known as Jhansi Medical College, MLBMC or MLB Medical College. It was established in 1968 in Jhansi city of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Jhansi Medical College was first affiliated with Kanpur University, In 1975 it is affiliated with Bundelkhand University. MLBMC is approved by National Medical Commission (NMC) & World Health Organization (WHO).
