The Trust founded the college under the chairmanship of Late Sh. Satish C. Goel. The College is located in Begrajpur Industrial Area, Delhi Dehradun Road, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. MMC is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut from 2006 to 2021 since 2021 the college has been affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), Medical Council of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt. of India, AICTE, and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Muzaffarnagar Medical College has been ranked 12th among all the medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The college offers 150 MBBS intakes and 70 MD/MS intakes. MMCH has a vast campus spread over 42 acres with modern infrastructure and advanced facilities. Step 5- MCC will conduct counseling in a total of four rounds AIQ First Round,

             Round, Mop-up round, and stray vacancy round.
